Before moving to the island Simon was a project manager for a defence company and was ready for a new challenge and complete change in pace of life. Having grown up in pubs in the U.K. and then worked for many years behind the bar it was always the plan to take a bar on somewhere in the sun in later life and has managed to fulfill that dream with the move to Lanzarote.
